На днях в Москву приезжал Сэмюэль Квок, мастер стиля Вин Чунь Кунг-фу для проведения семинара в нашей группе. Он является учителем моего учителя, Сергея Владимировича Нарышкина.
Чем мне нравится кунфу?
Так это своей философией, которая жизненна и очень практична.
Кунфу - это постоянный рост и самосовершенствование. Можно делать все медленно, но постоянно, тогда достигнешь успеха.
Еще, кунфу дает внутреннее спокойствие, баланс, а также гармонию.

Мой сын занимался в детстве Кунг-фу, это целая наука постижения своего я, самосовершенствования.
Я одно время занимался Айкидо. Восточные единоборства направлены на развитие личности.

Правильно пишется У-шу!)) Кун-фу в буквальном переводе – упражнение. У-шу – Воинское искусство. Вин-Чунь не упражнение – искусство.
Мне нравится этот стиль, мягкий, взрывной, удары и захваты, много работы руками. Да и вообще, кто из моих ровесников не увлекался фильмами Брюса Ли? А он как раз и был лучшим популяризатором стиля Вин Чунь.
